This style of coach is classified by Lewis as LE7N.

It is difficult to distinguish between these designs, except if the coach has 6 wheels. The only difference between S7 and S9 is the number of wheels. S9 is by far the most common design; so much so that it is unlikely that you'll see one of the others in a photo.
